The sidebar does not seem to appear on the homepage. It is visible on all other pages on the site. Homepage is set up as a static page, with the Lastest blog, call to action section, and featured post section enabled. Did check the layout section as well, all areas have the sidebar position set to the right. My site is not published yet, hoping to get it completed to point I can publish this weekend. However, this sidebar not viable on teh home page is the biggest hindrance. Any ideas?? I would hate to scrap all my work to change themes.

    Hello @Ericrmcc,

The sidebar position you set is for the blog page not for the Static front page. Actually we just notice that the sidebar position for the blog page has some layout issues. We’ll fix it in our next update. If you are using the static front page with homepage sections like the latest blog, call to action, featured post and you also want to use the sidebar on the homepage? if yes then tell us the position of sidebar like: just beside the latest blog section or entire sections? So, we can guide you accordingly.

    Best Regards !!

I was just about to post an entry that position of the sidebar is also an issue on the blog page…

I would like to have a sidebar on the static homepage as well. I would love for it to be on the right side of the page next to the latest blog section.

We have just updated the theme with sidebar issue fixes. Please update your theme to use the sidebar on the blog page. and for Front Page, actually, it has no sidebar available on default because of fullwidth homepage sections. To add sidebar beside the latest blog. You need to customize your theme by using a child theme. to generate child theme please use child theme generator plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/child-theme-generator/ then activate your child theme. Now you are able to make changes in child theme as per your need.
Please add the following code to your child themes functions.php to get sidebar beside your latest blog section.
    code:

    Hope this helps you.

    Best Regards !!
